We collect information you provide directly, including school details, personal information (name, email, phone), student records, attendance data, exam marks, and financial records. This data is essential for the platform to function.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used solely to provide the ChildProgress360 service: managing student records, generating analytics, facilitating parent-teacher communication, and tracking fee information. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including password hashing (bcrypt), JWT-based authentication, role-based access control, and encrypted data transmission. All data is isolated per school using unique School IDs.

4. Data Retention

Data is retained for the duration of your subscription. Upon subscription expiry, data remains accessible for renewal within 90 days. After this period, data may be archived or deleted per our data retention schedule.

5. Multi-Tenant Isolation

Each school's data is completely isolated and scoped by a unique School ID. No school can access another school's data. Teachers, parents, and finance admins only see data relevant to their role and school.

6. Your Rights
