1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using ChildProgress360, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Subscription & Payment
Access to the platform requires an active subscription. Subscriptions are available in 3-month (₹30,000), 6-month (₹50,000), and 12-month (₹80,000) plans. Activation requires an entry key provided upon payment confirmation. Entry keys are single-use and non-transferable.
3. User Accounts & Roles
School admins are responsible for managing teacher accounts within their school. Teachers must be approved by the school admin before gaining access. Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
4. Data Ownership
Schools retain ownership of all data entered into the platform. Web Tech Ware acts as a data processor and does not claim ownership of school, student, or parent data.
5. Acceptable Use
Users must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or input false information. Any violation may result in account suspension or termination.
6. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for losses due to service interruptions.
7. Subscription Expiry
Upon subscription expiry, access to the dashboard will be locked. Data will be preserved for 90 days for renewal. The platform owner reserves the right to deactivate a school at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability
Web Tech Ware is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of ChildProgress360. Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription amount paid.
